Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying Policy

According to New Jersey Education Statute 18A:37-15, "School districts shall adopt a policy prohibiting harassment, intimidation or bullying on school property, at a school-sponsored function, or on a school bus." To report an incident of harassment, intimidation or bullying (HIB) please complete the HIB Incident Reporting Form and submit it to the Main Office at Harmony Township School. The HIB Incident Reporting Form is used to report any act of harassment, intimidation, and bullying. The written report must be submitted to the school Principal within two school days of when the school employee or contracted services provider witnessed or received reliable information that a student had been subjected to harassment, intimidation,or bullying. Reports may be submitted anonymously.
