PRESCHOOL STUDENTS WILL ALWAYS USE BACKDOOR RT. 519

A Default Plan is the regular dismissal plan your child follows.
Please use Plan Change when dismissal deviates from your child's default plan.

Leave and Return feature: Students should be entered as a “Leave & Return” when they leave school in the middle of the day and plan to return before school ends while maintaining their end-of-day dismissal plan.

REMINDER: All Students arriving late or leaving early must be signed in/out in the main office. NO STUDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY/DISMISSED FROM ANY OTHER DOORS. If your child arrives late to school please do not approach any exterior doors or request teachers open a door to allow your child entry. Once the gate is closed on the route 519 side of the building please bring your child to the main office to sign in to school this includes all Pre-K students.

Backdoor Rt. 519 Drop off/Pick up for students with the LAST NAME starting A-L:Cars dropping off and/or picking up students will come onto school grounds via the upper entrance on Brainards Road (just before the bus lane), turn to the right and follow the carpool lane.
Drop off/pick up the child at the designated drop-off/pick up lane near the back lobby (between the playground fence and the yellow curb).
Please be advised: the Belvidere Road entrance of the parking lot will be CLOSED to traffic during drop off/pick up times.

Sidedoor Brainards Rd. Drop off/Pick up for students with the LAST NAME starting M-Z:Cars dropping off and/or picking up students will come onto school grounds via the second entrance past the bus lane on Brainards Road. Turn to the left and follow the carpool lane.

BACKDOOR RT. 519 PROCEDURES

Backdoor Drop Off Rt. 519:Children may be dropped off between 8:35am - 8:45am.
PLEASE REMAIN IN THE CAR AND WAIT FOR STAFF
Children dropped off after 8:45am will need to enter school through the Main Office
1. Enter the school lot through the upper entrance off of Brainards Road (just before the bus lane).
2. Proceed to the right and enter the designated carpool lane
3. Follow the arrows through the lot and to the back turnaround area, just past the HTS sign on Route 519/Belvidere Road. (Belvidere Road entrance will be CLOSED at this time)
4. Funnel through the turnaround lane and pull up next to the fence by the playground.
5. Drop off your student(s) at the designated drop off area between the playground fence and yellow curb near the back lobby. Students are not to be dropped off anywhere else along the carpool route.
6. DO NOT PARK or GET OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE IN THE CARPOOL LANE. You will need to park in a designated visitor spot at the front of the building if your child needs assistance getting into school.
7. After dropping off, follow the carpool lane and exit the parking lot onto Brainards Road through the upper exit next to where you entered.

Backdoor Pick Up Rt. 519** PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CARPOOL LANE BEFORE 3:20PM
1. Enter the school grounds through the upper entrance off of Brainards Road.
2. Proceed to the right and enter the designated carpool lane
3. Follow the arrows through the lot and to the back turnaround area, just past the HTS sign on Route 519/Belvidere Road. (Belvidere Road entrance will be CLOSED at this time)
4. Funnel through the turnaround lane and pull up next to the fence by the playground.
5. Pick up your student(s) at the designated drop off area between the playground fence and yellow curb near the back lobby. Students are not to be picked up anywhere else along the carpool route.
